The Align-EA Pump series features horizontal, single-stage volute casing pumps engineered for the efficient and maintenance-friendly transport of clean or slightly turbid liquids without solids, making them suitable for drinking water, general utility use, agriculture, and industrial processes including hydrocarbon transfer and high-temperature applications up to 105 °C. Built to DIN 24255 standards and supporting sizes DN 32 to 300, these pumps incorporate a modular building-block design with interchangeable components such as shafts, seals, impellers, and bearings. Casing pressure withstands up to 10 bar (16 bar optional), with axial suction and radially upward discharge configurations. Flanges comply with DIN 2501 PN 16, with ANSI options available. The pumps utilize DIN-standard bearings: either two deep groove ball bearings or a combination of angular contact and deep groove bearings, with lubrication options. Rotation is clockwise when viewed from the drive end, and shaft sealing can be implemented via stuffing boxes or mechanical seals.
