The CBS centrifugal fan is a compact, durable medium-pressure fan designed for universal installation and effective performance in ventilation systems where high dust concentration, economic operation, and low noise are critical. It features self-cleaning, backward-curved impeller blades made from black sheet steel and is available in 7 standard sizes with impeller diameters from 400 mm to 1000 mm. The fan casing is constructed of black sheet steel with flanged rectangular side plates, and an aluminum shaped inlet ensures optimized airflow without pressure loss. Designed to handle air temperatures up to 360 °C, CBS fans come with impellers designated as either “70” for standard use or “50” for customized capacity upon request. It includes a belt drive system with v-belts and guard, and accessories like motor mounting plates, base frames, inlet vane control gear, protective screens, anti-vibration mounts, and flexible or ducted inlet/outlet connections. The bearing assembly uses two anti-friction bearings in a sealed housing, and all parts are corrosion-protected for reliable operation. Capable of handling up to 90,000 m³/h airflow and pressures up to 8,000 mm WG, the CBS fan supports multiple motor mounting positions and delivers reliable, high-speed performance.
